Hada Labo Shirojyun Arbutin Whitening Lotion

I'm falling in love again.. =D

Like I said in my previous post, I just went home from my short holiday to Malaysia.

There, I bought a bottle of what I think a miraculous skincare product. It's Hada Labo Shirojyun Arbutin Whitening Lotion.

Why I say this is a miracle? Because I never have any addiction of touching my face skin before but this one bottle just made it. Yes, I admit, I have an addiction. Of touching my face skin.

Actually, before I went to Malaysia, I already had it in my mind, I have to buy this. I just read it's huge good reviews, it said that a bottle of Hada Labo lotion sold every 4 seconds in Japan (isn't it crazy??) and really curious about giving it a try. So in the first time I can step into Guardiana drug store there after I put my baggage and suitcases at the flat, I looked for this blue bottle.

I found it in the small corner of a shelf, kinda hidden and I ran to the cashier so I won't change my mind. Lucky me, I had an offer, 10% discount (or something, I'm not so sure :p).

So let's take a peek.. :)

Hada Labo is skin care line researched & developed by Rohto Pharmaceutical Co. Japan and The Mentholatum Co.

It's a bottle with blue lid and full of Japan writings which I don't know the meaning but I love them, since i love Japan so much XD. It's a very thin liquid with less color, almost clear.

It says lotion, but don't think that this is a moisturizer product or some kind. It's actually a toner, people in Japan call a toner as a lotion.

What makes it so interesting about this product, beside of it's good reviews, that it says it contains arbutin, a very natural bear berry extract that being used as a natural whitening product in Japan for centuries, and Vitamin C, that we all know has a huge effects as whitening and anti-oxidant agent, also last but not least, the Hyaluronic Acid, the element that can hydrate your skin from the inside. More about the ingredients here.

So, with this mixture of ingredients I hope that my skin can be more lighter and smoother.

Another thing that makes me interested is that it claims it has skin pH balance, and only use the purest ingredients so it has a very low irritation effects, even on the sensitive skin. And also it's free of any fragrances, mineral oil, alcohol or colorant, that usually gives me allergic to a product, more plus points for Hada Labo =D

This one bottle contains 170ml product. Most of you may think, oh, it's so little product for a toner.. Actually, big no!! Because of the way this product used. We usually use a toner with a cotton pad after cleansing our face with facial foam or milk cleanser, but this Hada Labo isn't use that way. We put some of the product on our palm, and then pat it to our face with our palms until it's fully absorbed. It takes time, really, we keep pat it and pat it and pat it and pat it until suddenly it's gone. It doesn't feel sticky at all, it's just gone. Leaving our skin feels supple and hydrates but not oily, that's the most important part, not oily at all!! I have a combination skin, my cheek's are normal, but my T-Zone is oily, and Hada Labo is not bugging me and left my skin like a frying pan, just keeps my skin hydrates.

I only use about four drops of this product a time. Very little product used, so I guess this one bottle could last forever. Thank God I have 2014 expiry date printed on the bottle.

This is how much I use my Hada Labo at a time :
Very little, isn't it? And four drops are enough for my whole face.

Every morning after I wake up, I touch my face and it feels so supple, so moist and so soft.. (See? I'm addicted XD)
I don't really think about it's whitening effect, although my Mom said I'm a bit fairer after my 1 week usage, I'm happy already for the softness of my skin. Because my skin is so soft, my BB Cream can spread easily, my powder and blush last longer than usual. It also helps minimize thin wrinkles that I have around my eyes, so my fiance can't call me Grandma anymore.. XD

Made in China

Price RM45.90 but I got it for only RM41.30 = Rp.116.920,00

Will I repurchase? Of course!! No doubt!! =D

This is a funny and cute TVC for Hada Labo Lotion :)

My Favorite Japanese Dorama =D

In the middle of the crowds especially young girls that scream "GO KOREAN!!!" I mean all about both countries, North or South, musics, dramas, actors, actress, singers, boysbands, girlsbands, hairstyle, fashions, makeups, and every other things that I maybe slip to mention, I'm still here in my spot and scream "ALL HAIL JAPAN!!" LOL..

I mean I'm still in love with every thing about Japan, especially their makeups, style and doramas.

Recently, after I changed my internet connection, I suddenly remember about my all time favorite dorama, PRIDE.

This dorama starred by my favorite Japanese actor Takuya Kimura and Yuko Takeuchi. Well, actually KimuTaku that made me interested to watch this dorama for the first time. I don't even know what the story about that time, all I knew that it's one of KimuTaku dorama!! XD
I watched this firstly in 2005 when one of my bestfriend's sister went back from Malaysia and bought the videos there.

The story is about Halu Satonaka (Takuya) a famous hockey team captain and Aki Murase (Yuko) an ordinary office lady. They first met when Aki is asked by her bestfriends to watch a game of Halu's team which sponsored by the company where they work.

That was Aki's first game time, she didn't even know what's the game about, but when she saw the players in the ice rink, one person glows more than other, and that is Halu.

At the after game party, Halu first saw Aki, glowing among every other girls in the pub, so Halu rushed in and ask her for her email. That's how they officially met.

And after that they knew, Halu is a very serious about hockey and his career so he can't have anything to distract him, and Aki, not as common as she looks, is waiting for her boyfriend who's study abroad, without any news or everything about when he would be return, all her boyfriend asked is wait for him every Sunday afternoon on a bridge that designed by him because Aki's boyfriend is an architect. Aki has waiting for him for 2 years.

Based on that condition, they made a deal, to have a game relationship, so whenever the boyfriend back, they can easily end the game and say "Bye bye.." But, eventually, not everything goes as smooth as their plan and problems seem to appear as their feeling grow fonder, Halu's team and teammates, and also not forget to mention, Aki's boyfriend.

This is a story about pride, love, friendship and family that can bring my tears down. I still cry like baby whenever I watch this. And unlike Indonesian dramas a.k.a sinetron, they don't have a very long episodes, just enough so we can still enjoy it and don't get bored and irritated.. LOL

As usual, like in every other of his dorama, KimuTaku is very cool here, OMG, he made me forget about my fiance for a while. Don't forget about his acting, the way he plays hockey, just like a professional athlete, and he's even cooler in his Halu Satonaka's hockey uniform.. XD

But you may wondering, why I'm mentioning this dorama now, even though I've watched it in 2005? Well, it's because I just find it again, I've searched for it over and over, in almost every video stores in my city, I even asked my friend to look for it in Jakarta with zero result. So when finally I change my internet connection and found the download links here, I'm so excited and I watched it over and over again, I even drag my fiance to watch it, and even he, the one who never likes drama said it's good and worth your time.

And one of my favorite scenes :

Well, that's what's buzzing in my mind right now, if you want, you can also feel what I feel about this dorama (I hope) and you can download the complete episodes above.. =D
